Tokiwa Cosmetics Highlights Formula-Packaging Innovation at MakeUp in New York

DuoStroke Precision Liner and Micro-Groove Mascara Named 2026 MUNY IT Awards Finalists

East Hanover, NJ – Tokiwa Cosmetics International, LLC, as part of the Tokiwa Group, a world-renowned creator, manufacturer, and supplier of performance-driven cosmetics, is headed to MakeUp in New York, taking place September 16–17, 2026, at the Javits Center, exhibiting at Booth #B23. Two of its products — DuoStroke Precision Liner and Micro-Groove Mascara — are finalists for the 2026 MUNY IT Awards, selected among 10 innovations evaluated from 46 entries submitted in the Contract Manufacturing/Private Label/OEM/ODM category. Tokiwa will showcase both finalist products, along with its latest innovations in color cosmetics formulation and packaging, at the show.

DuoStroke Precision Liner

Draws two colors beautifully in a single stroke. It eliminates the effort of drawing two lines separately, achieving a consistently even finish with no wobble, via an innovative applicator that fits two fully separate nibs into a single holder, producing a crisp boundary between the two colors.

Micro-Groove Mascara

Mascara wands can pool or overload product at the tip, leading to clumps and inconsistent application. Micro-Groove Mascara pairs a patented wiping technology — the micro-grooved mechanism behind its name — with a slimmer wand design. The wiper meters a consistent, controlled amount with every stroke, and the thinner wand gives a clearer view of the lash line and eye area, making precise placement easier along its full length.
